Tinishka’s presence and impact at BET Software have been nothing short of inspiring. Tinishka’s journey with the Hollywoodbets Group began over seven years ago when she started as an HR Consultant for the Winning Form Group. Her career development led her to BET Software, where she made history by becoming the first People Partner to join the BET HR team. She single-handedly supported BET, demonstrating her capability to handle complex tasks and deliver outstanding support.
Breaking New Ground
Tinishka’s role as a People Partner was a pioneering one, and she embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and dedication. Watching the HR team grow and develop into what it is today has been one of the highlights of her career.
“I completed my degree in Industrial and Counselling Psychology in 2012. In 2021, BET Software offered me a bursary to pursue my Honours in Management. A year later, I graduated with a Cum Laude degree while balancing being a full-time mom and wife. If that doesn’t prove women are superheroes, I don’t know what will.”

“My motto in life is that a good pair of sneakers paired with a classy outfit and glittery nails can turn any bad day into a good one. My idea of a perfect day is spending time with my super energetic daughter and my biker-enthusiast husband. Together, we make the perfect family.”
