As we step into Women’s Month this August, we are thrilled to launch our series, “Inspiring Inclusion,” to spotlight the remarkable women of BET Software. Our first feature is the incredible Londiwe Hadebe, our Service Delivery Manager, whose story embodies resilience, courage, and triumph.
Londiwe’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. Growing up as the youngest of four girls in Umlazi Township, DBN, she was once the pride of her family, excelling as a straight-A student. However, life took a turn when she faced the challenges of teen pregnancy. Despite these obstacles, Londiwe’s spirit remained unbroken. She balanced motherhood with her dreams, moving to a new city to pursue further studies and personal growth, all while leaving her young son in the care of her mother.
Londiwe’s commitment to her education and her determination to succeed, despite the odds, led her to an opportunity where a company supported her studies. She leveraged this chance to build a successful career in the tech industry, where she now leads and mentors others. Her story is a powerful testament to overcoming adversity and advocating for women’s inclusion in every space she occupies.
Her dedication and leadership make her an inspiring figure in our tech community. Londiwe’s journey is a reminder of the strength and perseverance within each of us.
