You Bring:
- BSC/BCom/N.Dip.
- + 1-year Software Testing experience with experience in testing Web Applications.
- 12 months of IT/QA experience.
- Experience in cross-browser/environment testing.
- Exposure in software testing tools.
- Knowledge of web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Domain knowledge assessment.
What You’ll Do:
- Analysing users’ stories and/or use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
- Execute all levels of testing (system, integration and regression).
- Play a key role in software quality improvement for customer-facing websites.
- Identify test scenarios for website solutions produced by the team.
- Write test plans and perform functional, standards, and cross-browser compliance testing.
- Identify and document all system errors.
- Maintain a repository of system test plans.
- Ensure all work meets customer expectations and departmental quality standards.
- Maintain an active knowledge of software testing tools, standards, and processes.
- Detect, log, and track software defects and inconsistencies according to the team standards.
- Provide timely solutions.
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
- Provide support and documentation.
